World War I Commemoration Concert in Flitwick

Symphonia Academica is delighted to be returning to the Rufus Centre in Flitwick to perform a commemorative concert for the end of World War I for Flitwick Town Council and the Royal British Legion.

With various songs by Poulenc, Ireland and Gurney and a medley of music hall tunes of the period.

We will play chamber versions of works by composers connected with the period of the war and commemorate the end of hostilities and the impact the war had had on the lives of so many people.
